Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty And Swollen Stomach

I have had difficult breathing all day . when I got home from work did my neb, I have asthma and slight copd, helped for a little while then is back did my Advair 250//50 my stomach is swollen and hard need to lost weight but never have this hard a stomach before. took my temp it is normal.

problem is due to bronchial asthma and copd get your self checked by chest physician. who can recomand proper management of bronchial asthma.without examination and investigation, it is not possible to advise.
