Suggest Treatment For Breathing Problems

Hello DOC

Iam getting sudden deep breaths often. The best way I can describe it is like when you have a good, hard, long cry and afterwards, you have the hiccup-type deep breaths. This is what it is like. In between these episodes, however, my breathing appears to be completely normal.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Your breathing difficulty is associated with crying.
So no need to worry for any lung diseases because breathing difficulty while crying is due to stress and anxiety.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
