Suggest Treatment For Brown Colored Urine And Itchy Vaginal Opening
I am a 20 yr old sexually active female. I have noticed for the past year or so that I have had a fishy smell. Sometimes my urine can be brown. I also get these bumps on the inner lip of my vagina. They can be a bit painful but usually go away in a couple of days. I also get really itchy around the bottom of the vaginal opening. It is also painful to have sex.
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
From what you are describing, it seems that you are going through uro-genital infection. I advise to get further tests like: - urine analysis - vaginal swab testing
for further evaluation. A course of oral antibiotics and applying vaginal ovules can be helpful in reducing the symptoms. Keep good local hygiene, drink plenty of water, avoid sexual intercourse until improvement; get your sex partner (if only one) treated as swell; take urine alkalinizers.
All the best! Dr.Albana
