Suggest Treatment For Bruise Behind Ear And Pain In Face After Injury

I was moving a pop up table that was upside down with legs in the air. The leg fell and the end of it hit me right behind my left ear. Its been about 2hours now and I have pain in my temple, my cheek bone and down into my next. There is a small bump with blood vessels where the hit occurred. Also hurts to turn my head to the right. I did apply ice to area with no relief. Should I see a doctor or wait it out?

first proper dressing after cleaning is to be done,inj tt .5mm im to be taken analgesic and antibiotic can be taken. pain is reffered. it will improve slowly.
