Suggest Treatment For Bruise On The Knee

I fell a little over a week ago tripped on curb and fell hard against pavement scraping my left palm, left knee my knee is bruised I've been having pain on left ribs under armpit area and under left breast it hurts to turn or move to turn in bed or exert myself by lifting or cleaning...is this normal for possible bruised rib

I understand your concerns

No need to worry so much. The bruises would eventually go away when healing is complete. What you need for now is a pain killer preferably a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug. A good number of them exist and are sold over-the-counter (Ibuprofen, Diclofenac, ketoprofen, etc).
Also, if there are wounds, you need to clean them with salty water to prevent infection.
