General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned, please follow like this:
1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor and do a CT scan to rule out any serious injury.
2) Do check body temperature every 6 hours and if high then discuss antibiotics.
3) For pain, you can discuss drug like [Ibuprofen + Paracetamol].

To prevent it in future do regular stretching and strengthening exercises.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
