Hello,
You have been bruising in the inner and upper thighs. You have history of
autoimmune disease. Some autoimmune diseases may cause unexplained random bruising like lupus. Other causes of bruising may be due to
nutritional deficiency, diabetes, side effect of certain medications, infections like jock itch, etc.
Autoimmune disorders may affect the skin, causing psoriasis, dermatomyositis, scleroderma or
epidermolysis bullosa. Take care of your hygiene and take bath regularly. If it is a
fungal infection, apply ointment clotrimazole cream, you can also take a course of antifungal orally. Get clinically assessed for the bruises.
he cause will be treated. In the meantime, give rest and elevate the bruised area to prevent swelling and to relieve pain. Applying ointment Thrombophob on the area affected, will reduce any clots under the skin and disperse swelling or soreness. Taking acetaminophen (Tylenol) or NSAIDs, to relieve any inflammation and discomfort. Stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
