I am Bridgette I just found out that my c3-4,c4-5,c5-6 are bulging dics . my pain get so bad. I have weakness, numbnees and tingling going down both arms but the rt wosre ,pain gose in to my shouders I am falling a lot and I fell like my dr don t care about me this has be going on sicn augs. and keep get wosrse
Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern. Bulging discs in C3, C4, C5 region needs much concentration. You have to take Pregabalin (lyrica 75 mg ), Baclofen 10 mg and voltral 50 mg with full glass of water as needed. Lose weight, Do regular aerobic excersize thirty minute a day five times a week. Traction can be applied to relieve pain. If the problem still persists then Epidural inj cortisone can be used that gives long term relief. If problem still persists then surgery will be the ultimate option. However overall 10 percent people with this problem needs surgery. Hope it helps best. Don't forget to rate this answer.
