Suggest Treatment For Bulging Disc And Lower Back Pain
hi i have was diagnose with Degenerative Disc Dse, my L4- L5 and L5 - S1, has a bulging disc and it is indenting in the thecal sac, last two months i have sciatica pain i. my left legs but now its gone, instead i notice that all the pain is in my lower back. I also notice that everytime i try to do exercise like knee to chest and mckenzie exercise my low back pain gets worst.. why is that happening?
Low back with degenerative disc warrants detailed evaluation to ascertain whether it is operable. Meanwhile I would advise you to do stretching exercises, avoid using pillow, maintain good posture and gait. Don't lift heavy weight, and avoid sudden bending forward.
