Suggest Treatment For Bulky Uterus And Heavy Vaginal Bleeding
52yr female with abdo distension and bleeding heavily. On ct 1. Bulky uterus with multiple fibroids (intramural and subserous) 2. Bulky cervix with nebothian cyst 3. Fluid attenuating lesion along rt. Adnexa, rt. Ovary with internal thin septas, abutting and displacing small bowel loops and also abutting ant abd wall with loss of intervening fat planes. What will b the treatment..?
