Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my husband has clusters of bumps, that are soft. he also had one that is hard almost like a wart but doesnt look like a wart. he also has very sore feet but i know they are not blisters from over doing it. he does have athletes foot that he got in iraq while he was deployed. he works alot and doesnt have time to go to the doctor. what can i do to sooth the discomfort and get rid of the bumps and athletes foot?
Hello and welcome to HCM, A cluster of bumps can be due to a number of conditions and warts are a common possibility. However, a clinical examination of the lesions is necessary before a diagnosis is made and treatment is given. Athelete's foot is a fungal infection and it responds to broad spectrum anti-fungals. However, clinical examination of the feet is needed to diagnose the condition and start treatment.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical examination and management.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja P Wahal
