Hi so I a 26 year old woman, I'm lesbian I've never had sexual contact with a man and have only had 5 sex partners 3 in which were long term relationships. I recently had my right ovary removed due to a cyst, but a few month after the surgery i noticed these finger linke bumbs appear on my inner labia. They are symetrical and in the same place on both side. At first after looking online I was for sure that I had HPV warts although they didn't really seem right until I stumbled onto Vestibular Papillomatosis which is dead on correct. So now although I still plan on visiting my Gyno just to double check... will these go away I miss my pretty vagina!! =[
