Suggest Treatment For Bumps On The Nose After Nose Piercing

Hello, Ive had my nose pierced for at least 4 months during which I've occasionally gotten little bumps such as a keloid by my nose and they always go away with sea salt, but this time the bump seemed really big and red so I went to a piercer. He told me to crush aspirin into a paste and put it on my nose which I did. I then put some tea tree oil on it to dry it up and the bump has turned purple not red anymore. Does this mean it is healing ?
