Suggest Treatment For Bunch Of Red Bumps On The Tongue

Hi I;m a 21 yr old nursing student actually dont mind the bad punc. and spelling in a rush =] . I have a bunch of large red dome like structures on the back of my tongue. They just became swollen about a week ago I noticed because I had the sensation of hair in my mouth andi look and its not hair but these bumps. how did iget them and how do i make them go away? ive read a lot about circumvallate papillae but still dont understand. I drink warm but not scalding hot coffee a few times a week but other than that im clueless to what could cause this
