Suggest Treatment For Burns And Blisters On Hand And Fingers
Hi, I burned my hand and fingers yesterday and I have blisters at the base of each finger and on my hand. My fingers are quite swollen as well as my knuckles. I have a little bit of pins and needles sensation. I m wondering how I should treat this . Thank you.
noted history of burns with blister formation.first aid that may be done at home are the following: irrigate or wash the burn area with running water for about 5minutes. make sure that the area is clean and free of debris. dry the wound area. application of silver sulfadiazine ointment on the affected area may be of help. blister formation is expected during the initial burn phase. wet to dry dressing may also be of help to decrease the exposure of your wound to dirt. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. diagnostics and management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.
hope this helps.
good day!!

hope this helps.
