My 35 year old sister was just diagnosed with severe cervical dysplasia. She is scheduled for a conization in two weeks. She had a baby 15 months ago and was also told recently she has a severely prolapsed uterus. Should she opt for a hysterectomy to deal with both problems or wait for the results of the cone biopsy and deal with the issues separately?
