Suggest Treatment For Chest And Shoulder Pain With Normal Bp And Thyroid
doctor I have mild pain in left side bottom of chest and shoulder some time, it is not constant and not continuous. My blood sugar ,BP, Cholesterol ,thyorod and ECG reports are normal. No problem in breathing also. Can you guide me what to do further.
Thanks for your question on HCM. Since your all cardiac reports are normal, no need to worry much for cardiac cause. In my opinion you are having musculoskeletal pain mostly. So try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in chest and shoulder pain. 1. Avoid heavyweight lifting. 2. Avoid strenuous exercise. 3. Avoid bad postures in sleep and movements causing pain. 4. Start painkiller and muscle relaxant. 5. Apply warm water pad on affected site. You will mostly improve in 5-7 days with these treatment. If not improved than get done chest x ray to rule out pulmonary cause like lung infection (pneumonia).
