Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Breathing Problems

My Mother was under the treatment of Warfarine, Dosage 1 & 1/2 alternate days, 6 month was the period & after 6 month now her Pt INR is 2.81 but warfarine dosage were stopped by doctor & she started having chest pain & breathing problem. CPK MB test showing value 33.. can u help me out what best can be done to contro this.

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should rule definitely rule out recurrence of pulmonary embolism (PE) in your mother's case.
Her symptoms like chest pain, breathlessness starting after stopping warfarin is suggestive of pulmonary embolism more.
So first get done D dimer and CT pulmonary angiography to rule out recurrence of PE.
She may need thrombolytic therapy and long term oral anti coagulant treatment with warfarin.
Don't worry, she will be alright but first rule out PE.
