Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Difficulty In Breathing Due To Smoking

Hi, This is Ismail aged 30 male. Active Smoker, had sinus problem. From the last couple of months i am suffering from a chest pain on the exact center portion above my chest. I used to have this pain exactly in the early morning the moment I woke up from the bed. Or sometime i cross my arms like squeezing my chest or sometime when I suddently wake up after sitting long time. I have consulted a doctor ( General physician ) he has suggested me to go for a hot water steam as it due to a phlegm which could have deposited on my chest. I did it for couple of days but that didnt cure this problem. Then I have seen a cardiac doctor, he instructed me to go for a Eco test, TMT and blood test in the empty stomach and he said I am perfectly alright.

Still I have this issue, I do not face any issues in breathing.. This issue will be there only when I press the centre above portion of my chest or If cross my arm. Please help me...

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely because your pain is associated with movements and pressure on that part.
So avoid pressing that part.
Avoid movements causing pain.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs like ibuprofen and thiocolchicoside.
Quit smoking as soon as possible because this can also cause musculoskeletal pain.
Start calcium and vitamin d 3 supplements for faster recovery.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
