Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Food Stuck Half Way To Stomach

I am female, 72, 222 pounds and losing, I have had 4 heart attacks and 17 strokes. I currently reside in a nursing facility. I use a wheelchair but am relearning to walk. My symptoms are: I get sudden severe chest pain (feels like an elephant is sitting on my chest 0, My food gets stuck halfway to my stomach. I cannot move it, I cannot swallow and saliva dribbles from my mouth. I have a hiatial hernia and stomach ulcers again (since age 18). I eat very small bites of food, no coffee or alcohol, no smoking. Help please

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should rule out esophageal obstructive lesion and worsening of hiatus hernia in your case.
Your symptoms like chest pain, pressure, not able to swallow food down, food stuck midway etc are suggestive of obstruction in food pipe more.
This can be due to mass lesion or worsening of hiatus hernia.
So get done CT thorax and upper GI (gastrointestinal) scopy for the diagnosis.
You may need surgical correction of hiatus hernia.
Don't worry, with appropriate treatment, you will be alright.
So first diagnose yourself and then start proper treatment.
