Hi I´m a bit worried i´ve been having heart pains and woke up last night with a pain in my chest it lasted only for about 1 min. I´m taking Seloken Zon 47,5 4 tablets a day for rapid heart beat. I´m 36 fit don´t smoke eat healthy and not overweight. Should i see a doctor or just wait?
It may be chest pain but it may not be a cardiac pain.
The most common cause of such pain if occurring at night could be hyperacidity and for that try to avoid the heavy meal, spicy meal, coffee, smoking, and alcohol prior to sleep.
To rule out the possibility or to clear the doubt of it you can see the Doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
