Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain, Nausea, Rib Pain And Sore Stomach

A couple weeks ago, I woke up with chest pains, and nauseated. Thought I was having a heart attack. Since then, I ve had rib pain and sore stomach almost constantly. It s hard to wear a bra, my ribs are so sore. I am 55 years old. No injuries to my ribs or stomach. It s hard to eat, sleep, work, etc.

Pain in chest two weeks ago with nausiating feeling is most probably is muscular with gastritis ypu have an xra done treatment is injection dolonex im diclo cream locally diclo plus pera plus tramadol cap omeprazole 20 gds eno sachets bland diet
