Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain Which Radiates To Back

I have been getting a pain in my chest area usually at night but lately it is sometimes in the day. Sometimes I can feel it move so I thought it was a gas bubble. I can usually drink a glass of water and start burping and it will help. Today it was also hurting in my back.
