HI
Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic.

An Abnormality in ECG associated with Chest pain always indicative of Heart problem . But I need one clarification , was the Abnormality in ECG reported by doctor or it's a Machine generated Abnormality. Because machine generated report of ECG is not accurate .

Apart from heart problems abnormal ECG can be see in Electrolyte abnormalities like High/ Low Poatssium , Calcium or Magnesium . Kindly check these levels .
Also if you get a chest pain next time get Serum Troponin I levels done . This will tell if your chest pain is due to heart problem or not .

Hope this answers your query.
Any clarifications or Queries feel free to ask.
Happy to help you.
