Suggest Treatment For Child Suffering From Celiac Disease

My grand daughter is 4 years old and will be 5 in July. She has been diagnosed with Megacolon. Since she was born her mother has asked the GP about how her stomach falls to the left and she was always constipated. The have put a camera down her stomach and ruled out Celiac disease. However the child is left in agony going to the toilet and it can take upto 48 hours before she finally clears her bowels. Her previous treatment has been adult Movical twice a day and every second day Laxcose this made her bowel motions just complete water anytime she eat, her mother has taken her off the Movical and while she is no where near better the constent pain in her stomach has gone. What kind of Private Consultant should we try to see and can you suggest and medical problems that you think we should review. In my dumb opion she has no problem from mouth to colon, the problem is colon to toilet. It is terrible to have your child/grand daughter begging, crying, screaming for help and you can do nothing to relieve the pain as nothing so far has worked.
