Hello.....I was diagnosed with anxiety about 4years ago. My heart pounds sometimes during the day and wakes me up sometimes during the night too. I take Canada but not regularly. My question is what effect will it have on my heart in the long run. I m 63 years old and that s the only major health problem I have. E-mail: YYYY@YYYY
