There is absolutely no need to get depressed, worried or stressed up. The present situation is such that we are all in the same boat. Watch world news, get updated and vigilant. Now, no one is either very successful or unsuccessful in career, business or any other sphere of life. Difficult days are ahead not for one but for all of us. Stay cheerful and accept what ever life brings to you. If you fail to perform in a particular area try your hands on some other area. Take care of your health, eat nutritious home made food and stay well hydrated.
Do regular exercises and try to get out of stress,
depression &
anxiety. Do not fall for rat races. No use. Avoid addictions (
smoking, drugs, alcohol,
meth, etc) if any. It gives temporary relieve but will destroy your health from inside. Do constructive work that you like. Think positive, make new friends. Hope is what helps us climb ladders of success, never become hopeless.
Enjoy life for the time being, worries don't add they only subtract whatever you have. First get yourself mentally and physically fit. Give your self time, no need to hurry. You may get connected to a counselor or a
psychiatrist in case you need anti depressives or anti anxiety medicines. You should take medicines for helping you come out of depression. Do not become dependent on medicines or else you will get addicted with more complications.
