General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is best to stop worrying about what people think about you. The only thing that matters is your opinion about yourself. Dissociate yourself from the judgment of others. Be positive with yourself. Make new friends and stay away from people who pull you down. Analyze your interaction with the one with whom you are not comfortable with and start distancing yourself.

Be gentle and kind to yourself. Take as much time as needed to heal, give yourself time for that. Start building self confidence. Treat yourself better, try to improve on your looks. Maintain good figure. Do regular walking and exercises. Stop feeling helpless and hopeless. Do not withdraw from friends and family members. Get connected to a Therapist. You may need counseling, talk therapy or massage therapy.

Get clinically examined by a psychiatrist, you may need to be prescribed some anti depressants. Do not over eat and keep yourself stocked up with healthy snacks. Do not take alcohol or addictions if any. Keep yourself engaged in reading, writing, cooking, painting, listening to music, etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
