Suggest Treatment For Chronic Facial Acne

Hi,

I have acne on my face, neck and back. I have been prescribed Fudic Cream and Deriva MS along with Involym and Zitcare tablets. I have been taking these regularly for a month however I am still getting acne pimples on my face. These are redder than before. Is this normal?

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern.

Thanks for query . Acne occur when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. You are already taking so much medicine but not get benefited .

First of all fudic cream is not known to cause much benefit in case of acnes . so stop using this cream and instead use product containing benzoyl peroxide .

Also wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day as this is safe and natural extract of cereals.

Also drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet.

I condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course .
