Memory loss past few months. Mom and aunt had/have Alzheimer s. I really worry about stroke because my mother recently passed of stroke and the pain and feeling I have in my head worries me. I have had headaches since a teenager. MRI shows patchy FLAIR hyperintensity in the Pons and a punctate FLAIR intensity just anterior to the left caudate head representing mild chronic microvascular angiopathy . Don t like worrying until Oct appointment.

If not settling with over the counter available medicines like paracetamol and need of medicine is more than 10 tablets per month you need to take abortive treatment for migraine.
