Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pain In Ankles/neck With History Of Guillain–barré Syndrome

its abt my mother.she has a history of GB syndrom n she is a cardiac patient also. now a days she is suffering from chronic pain in both the ankles n in neck also. we r done vd all the inestigations also but there is nothing in the rports.can u plz suggest us wt to do now
