Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pain When Diagnosed With Sciatica

I have serious sciatica. If I sit long my right leg goes numb and is always in pain whether walking or sitting. Also have twitching and cramping in my legs and toes. This situation now controls my life so to speak! I have a bulging disc 4th lumbar vertebra and some stenosis. Not sure how long the stenosis has been there but the bulging disc was diagnosed in 2004. my email is YYYY@YYYY my

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Sciatic compress the spinal nerve root in the lumbar and sacral region that cause pain.
Take following treatment for the period of 6-8 weeks under the advise of orthopaedics:
Tablet Pregabalin M one daily.
Tablet Myospaz twice daily.
Tablet tramadol for 1-2 week
Local application of Volitran ointment
Hot compression.
strengthening and stretching exercises as advised by a Physiotherapist.
If symptoms persists then surgery is the final option.
