Suggest Treatment For Chronic Sinus Infection

I had a MRI with contrast done on my brain and the results showed that my sinus cavities were too small, the outcome of that is that I produce mucous nonstop and have a constant p/n drip. I was told that I have chronic sinus disease but the dr used a word that sounded like hypo...emia - what is the term that she used?

Hello,

It may be due to chronic sinusitis.

For that you may require complete hemogram, sinus X Ray after ENT consultation.

You can use nasal saline drops locally.
Continue steam inhalation.

Do Betadine gargles twice a day.

You may require antibiotics after consultation.

Hope I have answered your query..
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
