Suggest Treatment For Chronic Sinusitis During Pregnancy?
I have chronic sinustitus and have now developed a mild head cold. I am 8 ionths pregnant. I have just noticed a lump near my right outter ear and area around feels swollen. I dont have any fever. I do have lots of ear pressure in my right ear though.

Looking at your symptoms,you might be sufffering from lymph node enlargement in right side of neck region below the ear.It might be due to inflammation in your sinuses or in the ear.
It would be advisable to consult an Otolaryngologist for examination and confirm diagnosis.He/She might give you Antibiotic(like Amoxycillin),Antipyretic and Anti-inflammatory(like Paracetamol),Antacid(like Rantac),Antihistaminic(like Cetrizine) and Saline Nasal Spray.
Also do Steam inhalation.Avoid cold,oily and very sweet food as they increase mucus production.Avoid dust,smoke and other pollutants.Drink more fluids(particularly warm).
