Hi
you are suffering from chronic sinusitis. may be beginning stage for polyp formation. nose and ear are connected by a tube called eustachian tube. So whenever your sinus infection in nose you will be having ear problems too.
Kindly take a course of antibiotics like amoxyclav 625mg for 5 days. Antihistamines like loratidine. steroid nasal spray. for a week . If not your symptoms settle . Then visit a ent specialist for further investigation.
wish you a speedy recovery.
