Suggest Treatment For Cold And Sinusitis
Hi . I have very bad cold / sinusitis and since some months i have also developed Asthma. I have tried taking all kind of medicine Allopathy/ Homeopathy . Allopathy medicine - Emsolone 20 Mg and Aerocort suppressed Asthma but i began to put on weight . So now i have stopped taking both of these and started taking homepathy. but it does not help much. Please suggest what should i do? My wheezing grows bad at times and if i take either of the medicines i put on weight.And also if i try doing thread mill . I start coughing badly. Should i stop using threadmill ? Pls help

Your symptoms seem to be related to sinusitis. I recommend the following examinations for further evaluation. I suggest you to do:
- A sinus X-ray
- A chest X-ray.
Meanwhile, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest to drink liquids and eat a healthy diet.
