Suggest Treatment For Cold During Pregnancy

Hi doc, I have a really bad cold, when I cough it also has phlegm. I also had a terrible headache that really bothers me. I m 7weeks pregnant. My body feels so week like I m an old lady. I m taking paracetamol to ease the headache but nothing for my colds. I m afraid will this affect my baby?

Hi,I had gone through your question and understannd your concerns. You can take hot water vapour,lukewarm saline water gurgling for relief. My opinion is you can take cap.Amoxycillin 500 tds for 5 days and paracetamol tab if required. Don't worried so much it is a very common phenomena in this weathet.
