Suggest Treatment For Cold,runny Nose And Sore Throat In Winters
respected sir,i m anil..from gurgaon (haryana) n i m 25 years old..i m suffering from in winter like cold..runny nose, sorethroat,,from 5 years in winter whole..and i did not take any long treatment i always use some antibitics when i suffer..so, sir i want to ...is there parmanent cure of this diseases such allergy in homeopathy..plz tell me..

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have cold,runny nose and sore throat in winters which is due to upper respiratory infection due to poor immunity of your body. I would suggest you to take Allium Cepa, Arsenic Alb, Causticum as homeopathic treatment for 7 days three times a day. You should avoid use of spicy, sharp oily and fried food substances. You should take combination of antobiotic Levofloxacin along with anti histamine such as Levocetrizine. You should take cough expectorants. You should do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day. You should avoid cold carbonated beverages. You should visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get chest x-ray done along with pulmonary function tests done so as to detect level of infection and treatment can be started accordingly. Apply mist humidifiers in room. You should take throat soothing agents.
