Suggest Treatment For Constant Cramps During Pregnancy

I m 38 weeks pregnant. I have had constant cramps since around 1am that have not gone away. I have tried to look for a pattern but there is none. I feel the pain in my back, vagina, abdomen, and sides. I have had false alarms before and have gone to the hospital only to be sent home. I have not started bleeding. I tried taking a shower but that didn t help. I have tried drinking fluids and changing positions and walking but that hasn t helped either. I don t want to go back to the hospital only to be sent back home. What do I do. The pain hasn t faded. I have even tried to poop a couple time but nothing came out.

Hello,

I think you should go to the hospital as soon as possible.
You are going I into labour and your child is arriving soon.
This are uterine contractions and you are in full labour.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
