General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of your son seem to be related to a viral infection. So, I suggest to continue using Tylenol for the fever. I also suggest using a throat spray for antibacterial properties. I recommend to rest, drink liquids and eat healthy food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
