Hello, i 34 years old male. I have this constant pain between my scrotum and anus. There isn,t any lump outside but when pressed with my finger i can feel a rock hard something inside, which even with a tender press feels really painful. Hi,

Pain and tenderness at the site mentioned requiring evaluation. First of all, does your job involving sitting for most of the day, secondly, you are experiencing these symptoms since when? If it's of short duration then most importantly an infection should be ruled out and also an abscess ie collection of pus should be ruled out. Based on the findings it can be treated with antibiotics, antiinflammatory medicines such as paracetamol, etc and may require removal of pus. Kindly show to a general surgeon to take things further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
