Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have had pain in my tail bone area for several weeks. We just returned from a long distance car journey in August and the pain hasn t let up. I exercise regularly both at home (stretching & yoga) then workout at the gym on eliptical, treadmill and weight machines in moderation. I eat a healthy diet, take no medication and only take supplements of vitamins & minerals. The pain is affecting my workout. I have been doing the same pattern for years without any problem. What could be the issue? I am 5 7 and weigh 135
Your weight is your only problem. You are overweight. At the age of 57 bone density will be decreased and that will cause the most of pains. You should avoid long distance journey. And you have to work on your weight. When your weight is going to reduce, your problem also gone. Right now for the pain you can try physiotherapy. You can take homoeopatic treatment also. If you want hom. medicine just contact me.
