Suggest Treatment For Constant Vertigo
My ex-husband has had vertigo for 5 days in a row, with vomiting that lasts for up to 16 hours. His vomiting has ceased, but he is still unable to get over his dizziness and room spins. He rarely drinks alcohol, and occasionally smokes pot. He is 58 yo, Caucasian male with history of diverticulitis and no other co-morbidities. His insurance just expired so he is not seeing a physician. What could be causing these problems?

The symptoms are due to problems in the inner ear.
As a first line management, he can try drugs like Betahistine.
If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
