Hello doctor, I have been experiencing severe abdominal discomfort for almost 3 days. It started out as constipation that problem has gotten better.. with that I have also had severe upper abdomen pain right in middle of abdomen just under rib cage. I feel full all the time but have not been eating due to the discomfort. I also have a stabbing pain around my shoulder and upper chest area on the left side only when my stomach acts up. Taking antacids gives some relief but pain quickly returns..I am burping a lot but unable to pass gas.
