Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Heavy Feeling In Stomach With Pain

Hi sir, i have a gastric problem and also m unable to go to motion regularly and its taking 2 - 3 days to go to normal motion due to which m feeling heavy in my stomach and also pain . please help me out and advise me if any thing required to do for free motion daily and how to control gastric trouble also.

Hi,

For gastric problems and constipation , most important is your diet. you need to focus on that. drink plenty of water- 2-3 liters per day. avoid taking spicy, oily, and junk food. take in a lot of roughage - fruits, salads, green leafy vegetables. avoid tea and coffee. avoid smoking and alcohol intake .make sure that you do some kind of exercise every day.

However if nothing works out then you need to get yourself investigated- complete blood count, TSH, stool test, sugar levels, and test for helicobacter pylori (bacteria in the stomach ).
