Suggest Treatment For Constipation, Pain In Anus And Varicose Vein
Im pregnant, 25 years old, 148 pounds, and 36 weeks along. Have constipation terrible, and sometimes get a shooting pain in the groin/anus area, usually before I have a bowel movement. Also have what looks like a vein (vericose?) in between my leg and vagina area that is swollen and painful sometimes.

Drink lots of water and eat green leafy vegetables it helps in softening of stool.
Varicose vein during pregnancy is common . It will decrease spontaneously after delivery.
