I have always been a person that's constipated going 3 maybe 4 times a week. I recently started taking baby aspirin, I stress a lot. I began being constipated about three weeks now and only go when I take something. Is this a serious problem. Is something extremely wrong with me.
Hello. Thanks for asking question at healthcarremagic.
Although there are no details of your age and the country you belong to, I would suggest you to increase your fibre content in the diet - like vegetables and fruits daily. For the people in the west who are on low roughage diet, thrice a week may be normal. I would also recommend you to added Isaphgula powder 2 tsf with a glass of water at bedtime. Mostly this will solve your problem. If the issue continues even after 15 days please consult your physician.
Take care.
