Suggest Treatment For Cough

I am having a lot of health issues lately. I have been sick almost every month. I have had a cough for 3 weeks now with no sick symptoms, and just today I woke up with my right lymph node swollen and an ear ache(same side) Should I go to the doctor? My throat doesn't hurt at all my only symptom really is fatigue. Please help! Thanks.

cough and a lymphogland can be a tuberculosis, infectious mononucleosis, any fungal disease, or may be any Upper respiratory infections. It may be HIV too....There is a long list. You need to go to the OPD.
