Suggest Treatment For Cough
I have a cough for about 3 weeks with wheeze when i cough up mucus taste like iron..I'm 59 5'3" 135lbs..I also have an infection on my leg wound spealist says is mrsa taking bactrim i also have chronic depression take welbutrin adderoll xanax ambien

Noted cough with wheeze since 3 week.
So here you could have bronchitis or asthmatic problem ...
Do you have history of asthma ??
Your auscultation should done here to heard rhonchi....
If need decongestent given...
Steam inhalation useful...
If still need brocholdilator like theophylin given....
If it is asthmatic attack nebulization with levosalbutamol given...
Chest x ray useful for further guide toward treatment....
pulmonary function test useful for differentiating obstructive and restrictive disease ...
