Suggest Treatment For Coughing And Cold In A 2 Year Old
My baby is 2 years and 6 moths old she continues having cough and cold after every 3 months doctors have advised me to give bastoclav and asthaline syrup and some advice to give budesonide inhaler with levolin inhaler si is it good to give het such kind of medicines please suggest and help me I m very much worried and tension with my baby s problem

As your baby continues having cough and cold after every 3 months, so your baby may suffer from common cold, allergies, bronchitis, sinusitis, asthma or bronchiolitis . Bastoclav syrup contains both amoxicillin and clavulanic acid that is used in the treatment of various bacterial infections like pneumonia or other respiratory tract infections, sinus infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections etc. Asthalin syrup contains salbutamol that is used in the treatment of asthma and COPD as well as their associated symptoms like coughing, wheezing, breathlessness etc., by relaxing the muscles of airways.
